dental services offered by Singh Dental Care through the Razorpay
payment gateway.

Singh Dental Care provides digital dental services including online
consultations and membership plans. - Refund Policy
Digital services are generally non-refundable once the service has been
initiated, scheduled, or delivered.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The service was not initiated
- A duplicate payment was made
- A technical error prevented service delivery
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Change of mind after payment
- Dissatisfaction with medical advice or outcome
- Failure to attend or respond for a scheduled digital consultation
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made before the service is
initiated.
Once the service has started, cancellation is not permitted.
5. Refund Processing (Razorpay)
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing time is 10 business days, subject to Razorpay and bank
timelines.
Transaction fees or taxes may be non-refundable.
6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
Failed transactions are reversed automatically by Razorpay.
Duplicate payments require transaction verification before refund.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Users are advised to contact Singh Dental Care before raising disputes with
banks or Razorpay.
8. Policy Updates
Singh Dental Care reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
